Bonus Terms & Conditions

1. General Rules

• Each bonus is strictly limited to one per individual, household, family, home address, email address, IP address, telephone number, payment account (including but not limited to credit/debit cards, e-wallets, or crypto wallets), or device.
• The Casino reserves the right to refuse bonuses to any player or group of players at its sole discretion, particularly where abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• The Casino reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if obtained dishonestly, fraudulently, or in breach of these terms.

2. Currency & Valuation

The internal operating currency of the Website is EUR. All bonuses, wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, minimum deposit requirements, and maximum winnings are calculated in EUR.

For players depositing or playing in cryptocurrencies, the equivalent value in crypto shall apply, based on the average exchange rate against EUR for the relevant UTC calendar day of the transaction. Exchange rate data will be sourced from reputable providers such as XE.com or equivalent widely recognized platforms.

This means that if a bonus specifies a €5 maximum bet or a €5,000 maximum win, the corresponding crypto value will be enforced at the daily EUR exchange rate in effect.

3. Wagering & Bet Limits

• Unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms of a particular offer, all deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement of forty (40) times the amount of the bonus or free spin winnings amount, whichever is applicable.
• The maximum single bet allowed while wagering an active bonus is €5 (or crypto equivalent). This restriction applies to the base game stake, any double-up or gamble feature following a game round, as well as the purchase of bonus rounds or features within a game.
• Exceeding the maximum bet limit during bonus wagering may lead to the confiscation of the bonus and all related winnings.
• Real money funds are always used first, followed by bonus funds. If the bonus balance is lost, the bonus is considered void.

4. Bonus Validity & Expiry

• All bonuses are subject to a validity period, which will be stated in the terms of each specific promotion. Failure to complete the wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the expiration of the bonus and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are automatically cancelled when the balance tied to the bonus (deposit + bonus, or bonus only in the case of a no-deposit bonus) falls to €0.05 (or crypto equivalent) or less.
• A player may cancel any active bonus at any time prior to wagering without penalty. Upon cancellation, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account, but deposited funds will remain available if present on the balance.

5. Withdrawal Conditions

• Winnings derived from active bonus play may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• If a player requests the withdrawal of their deposit prior to completing wagering requirements, the bonus and all associated winnings will be forfeited.
• The Casino reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification of identity, payment method ownership, and any other compliance checks required under applicable laws or internal procedures.
• The Casino may, at its discretion, withhold or revoke bonus winnings if a player fails to provide sufficient verification within the time period requested.

6. Game Contribution to Wagering

Different game types contribute differently towards the completion of wagering requirements:

• Slot games: 100% (except for excluded titles, including but not limited to jackpot slots and listed restricted games).
• Roulette games: 25%
• Card games (e.g., Blackjack, Baccarat): 10%
• Poker games: 0%
• Casual and Crash games: 0%
• Other games: 0%

The Casino maintains and publishes a list of excluded slots and reserves the right to amend this list at any time.

7. Maximum Winnings & Caps

• Unless otherwise specified in the terms of a specific promotion, maximum winnings derived from any deposit bonus or deposit free spins are capped at €5,000 (or crypto equivalent).
• No-deposit bonuses and no-deposit free spins are subject to stricter limits:
• If no deposit has been made prior to claiming the bonus: winnings are capped at €200 (or crypto equivalent).
• If a deposit has been made, winnings from no-deposit bonuses are capped at €5,000 (or crypto equivalent), and winnings from no-deposit free spins are capped at €300 (or crypto equivalent).
• Any winnings exceeding these limits may be forfeited at the Casino’s discretion.

8. Abuse & Prohibited Play

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in low-risk betting strategies or advantage play intended solely to progress through wagering requirements.

Examples of prohibited conduct include but are not limited to:

• Placing minimal-risk bets such as covering the majority of roulette outcomes.
• Progressing through bonus stages using bonus funds, then completing final stages with real money wagers after bonus funds have been lost or wagering requirements met.
• Depositing additional funds while bonus features or free spins remain active.
• Deliberately delaying game rounds, including free spin features and bonus features, until after wagering requirements have been met.

Breaching any of these rules may result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may further result in account suspension or closure.

9. Rights & Amendments

The Casino reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at its sole discretion. Any such changes will take effect immediately upon publication unless stated otherwise.

The Casino further reserves the right to revoke bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.

These Bonus Terms & Conditions form part of the general Terms & Conditions of the Website. In the event of conflict, the general Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

8. Abuse & Prohibited Play (Expanded)

In addition to the general prohibitions stated above, the following practices are expressly defined as bonus abuse and may result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and possible account closure:

• Switching between games with varying contribution rates solely to exploit wagering requirements.
• Using betting systems such as Martingale, D’Alembert, or any other strategy designed to minimize risk or guarantee minimal losses.
• Reducing stake size by more than 80% after a large win in order to complete wagering with minimal risk.
• Betting on both outcomes in dual-result games (e.g., betting on both red and black in Roulette).
• Exploiting in-game features such as double-up or gamble options disproportionately to increase winnings.
• Consistently placing maximum bets on high RTP games solely to reduce the house edge.
• Intentionally delaying play of bonus rounds or free spins until after wagering requirements have been met.
• Displaying betting patterns that resemble automated/system play designed to maximize bonus advantage.

10. Prize & Tournament Eligibility

Eligibility for tournament or promotional prizes is conditional upon the player’s account being active, verified, and free from restrictions at the time of crediting. Points or progress accrued through bonus wagering that breaches maximum bet limits or these Bonus Terms will be considered void and will not count towards any final prize allocation.

11. Unauthorized Activity & Fraud Cross-Reference

Any conduct, strategy, or activity that constitutes unauthorized activity, fraud, or bonus abuse under Section 10 (“Unauthorized Activity and Violations of Terms”) of the General Terms and Conditions will render all related bonuses, winnings, and promotional prizes null and void. The Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and to confiscate funds in accordance with Section 10 of the General Terms.
