1. General

This website www.justcasino.io ("Casino", "Website", “Company”, "We", "Us", "Our") is operated by Just Entertainment B.V. registered under No. 160603 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao. This website is licensed and authorized by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (license no.OGL/2024/164/0246).

The player’s sole responsibility is to inquire about the existing laws and regulations of the given jurisdiction for online gambling.

2. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Casino reserves the right to unilaterally change these Terms and Conditions when such need occurs. We will do our best to notify our players of any significant changes by email. However, we do recommend all players to revisit this page regularly and check for possible changes.

3. Who can play

The Casino cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds in the event that a player breaches this Restricted Countries policy.

The use of tools or methods to disguise or alter your access location (such as VPNs or proxy services) may affect the availability of services and can result in account restrictions at the Company’s discretion. The Company reserves the right to void winnings or block access if such activity is reasonably suspected.

4. Accepted currencies

5. Fees and taxes

You are fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to your winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of your residence.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you confirm that you know and understand the rules of the games offered on the Website. It is at your discretion to familiarise yourself with the theoretical payout percentage of each game.

7. Disclaimer of liabilities

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you confirm your awareness of the fact that gambling may lead to losing money. The Casino is not liable for any possible financial damage arising from your use of the Website.

The Casino is not liable for any hardware or software defects, unstable or lost Internet connection, or any other technical errors that may limit access to the Website or prevent any players from uninterrupted play.

In the unlikely case where a wager is confirmed or a payment is performed by us in error, the Company reserves the right to cancel all wagers accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake by re-settling all the wagers at the correct terms that should have been available at the time that the wager was placed in the absence of the error.

If the Casino mistakenly credits your Player Account with a deposit, bonus or winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical issue, error in the paytables, human error or otherwise, the amount and/or the winnings from such bonus or deposit will remain the Casino property and will be deducted from your Player Account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email.

The Casino, its directors, employees, partners, service providers:

  • do not warrant that the software or the Website is/are fit for their purpose;
  • do not warrant that the software and Website are free from errors;
  • do not warrant that the Website and/or games will be accessible without interruptions;
  • shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or otherwise, arising in relation to your use of the Website or your participation in the games.

You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Casino, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers for any cost, expense, loss, damages, claims and liabilities howsoever caused that may arise in relation to your use of the Website or participation in the Games.

You acknowledge that the Casino shall be the final decision-maker of whether you have violated the Casino’s Terms and Conditions in a manner that results in your suspension or permanent barring from participation in the Website.

Our general , as detailed on this website, constitute the binding agreement between JustCasino.io and its users. Any information or guidance provided by our Customer Support team is intended for assistance and clarification purposes only and should not be interpreted as a modification or waiver of these terms. It is the user's responsibility to carefully review and adhere to the Terms and Conditions governing their interactions with www.justcasino.io.

In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the advice of our Customer Support team and the terms and conditions on this website, the general Terms and Conditions shall always prevail.

Furthermore, please note that in case of any discrepancies or mistranslations between versions of these terms in different languages, the English version shall take precedence.

8. Use of player account

Each player is allowed to create only one (1) personal account.

Creating multiple Player Accounts by a single player can lead, at the sole discretion of the Casino, to termination of all such accounts and cancellation of all payouts to the player. The player shall not provide access to their Player Account or allow using the Website to any third party including but not limited to minors.

It is the player’s complete responsibility to ensure that they do not open multiple accounts with JustCasino.io, regardless of the status of any previous account they may have owned previously.

JustCasino.io will not be responsible for the actions of a player on any subsequent account created, such as deposit activity or gameplay activity.

Should we have reasonable grounds to believe that multiple accounts have been opened with the intention to defraud the company or to bypass restrictions applied to a previous account related to the same player, we reserve the right to suspend permanently one or all of the player’s account(s) and void any winnings that may have been generated.

Any returns, winnings or bonuses which the player has gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active may be reclaimed by us, and players undertake to return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.

The Website can only be used for personal purposes and shall not be used for any type of commercial profit.

You must maintain your account and keep your details up-to-date.

We reserve the right to make a phone call to the number provided in your user account, which at our own discretion can be a necessary part of the KYC procedure. Account and/or any actions in the account may be terminated until the account is fully verified. We will make reasonable efforts trying to contact you regarding the withdrawal of the funds, but if we are not able to reach you (by email or phone) in two (2) weeks as from the date of the request for withdrawal, your account will be locked, since you have failed to pass the KYC procedure.

9. Unauthorized Activity And Violations Of Terms

The Company has a strict policy against unauthorized activity, and utilises sophisticated tools and systems for the prevention, detection and sanctioning of unauthorized behaviours.

A non-exhaustive list of behaviours not allowed under this policy is the following:

  • Not meeting criteria for Account registration or verification;
  • Attempting to circumvent restrictions on your Account, whether self-imposed or imposed by the Company;
  • Identity fraud, forgery of documents, impersonation, providing misrepresenting or false information;
  • Payments fraud, chargeback procedures or denial of payments, money laundering, third party funding, using stolen or fraudulent payment details;
  • Depositing funds originating from criminal and/or other unauthorised activities;
  • Collusion with other Users, other Accounts and/or external third parties;
  • Utilisation of software or strategies to gain an advantage;
  • Exploitation of products, software, websites, service functionalities, bugs, loopholes;
  • Betting on fixed outcomes, being in possession and/or making use of relevant insider or confidential information;
  • Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the breach of the Website’s Bonus Terms and Conditions;
  • Fraudulent action against other entities;
  • Defamation, use of public communications channels in bad faith;
  • Becoming bankrupt in their country of residence;
  • Any other violation of the General Terms & Conditions that is not explicitly defined in this list;

Third party funding of an Account is strictly prohibited, this includes but is not limited to:

  • Make any use of any third-party owned payment method in the Account, including but not limited to parents, friends, or businesses, even if the User has the authorization of the third party individual or entity for making use of the payment method;
  • Depositing funds received by a third party, for the purpose of making use of the Website’s services on their behalf;

Attempting to circumvent restrictions on your Account using tools or strategies, including but not limited to creating other Accounts at your name or at a third party’s name, using a VPN, or using is strictly prohibited and may lead to winnings being voided.

Should you become aware of any possible errors or incompleteness in the software, you agree to refrain from taking advantage of them. You agree to report to the Company any error or incompleteness immediately. Should you fail to fulfill such obligations, the Company has a right to full compensation for all costs related to the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred in association with the respective error/incompleteness and the failed notification.

If the Account has withdrawn funds that have been deemed to not belong to the Account, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. You are obliged to notify the Website or Company of any event of incorrect crediting within 24 hours from the event by email.

If the Company reasonably considers at their sole discretion that an unauthorized, fraudulent, unfair, or in bad faith event may have occurred or is likely to occur, or if the company found a User or Account in violation of these Terms and Conditions, the Company reserves the right to take actions or impose sanctions that include but are not limited to:

  • Suspending or permanently restricting an Account from Website functionalities, offered products, promotions and events, or eligibility to services offered by the Company;
  • Halting payments and/or suspending or voiding all winnings, payouts, bonuses, benefits, gains, returns and agreements to the Player;
  • Restrictions on communication channels
  • Terminating and/or changing any games or events that were proven to be manipulated to restore the gameplay to a pre-violation state.
  • Considering the User liable for any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses incurred or suffered by the Company arising as a result of or in connection with the User’s fraud, unauthorized actions, or criminal acts.
  • Enforcing the obligation to return any funds which the Users in connection with the unauthorized action have withdrawn, and/or the Company reclaiming any funds beyond voiding winnings or bonuses to compensate any losses suffered due to your actions in breach of our Terms and Conditions.

The User shall be informed of when the Company applies a limitation or restriction, or requests information or documentation to the User, due to an ongoing security check.
In cases when there are reasonable suspicions that the action of informing the User may pose a risk or a threat to the Website’s investigation or operations, the Company has the right to not disclose, refuse the disclosure, or deny the existence of any applied limits, restrictions or ongoing security checks on the User’s account.

While any security check is ongoing and before it reaches a conclusion, the Company may take any action aimed at minimizing the Account’s potential risk; Including but not limited to applying Account restrictions and halting payments.

The Company reserves the right to not provide detailed information to affected Users or Accounts of the findings and evidence discovered as part of any security review;

Any relevant information (including but not limited to the User’s identity) may be shared with the police and other appropriate authorities. The Company also reserves the right to inform applicable regulatory bodies of the fraudulent actions performed by the User.

Criminal charges may be brought against any Users, individuals or entities who have committed fraudulent events towards the Company or attempted to do so.

10. Depositing

Any deposit has to be wagered 3 times (player must place bets three times of their deposit amount) before the withdrawal of funds connected to this deposit is available. In case several deposits were made with no gaming activity, the player has to wager the total amount of these deposits prior to withdrawal. Otherwise the Casino has a right to charge a fee for the procession of deposit and withdrawal, which is at the sole decision of the Casino.

Using third party payments is prohibited. If third-party funding is detected, both deposits and winnings may be confiscated, and the account may be terminated.

The Company reserves the right to block and void any deposit suspected to be made with the intention of creating a double charge event. This includes situations where insufficient blockchain confirmations allow a player to attempt using the same transaction on multiple sites, resulting in one or more deposits never being received by the Casino. Winnings accrued from such behavior will also be voided.

Please note that the minimal amount for deposits is as stated on the cashier under deposit section, which can vary depending on the currency and the network used.

Kindly note that due to the nature of cryptocurrencies, deposit limits cannot be applied to the deposits made via Crypto wallets.

11. Withdrawal policy

The minimal amount for withdrawal is specified in the Withdrawal tab and may vary depending on the type of cryptocurrency used.

It is the sole responsibility of the User to enter the correct and complete wallet address when requesting a cashout. Cashouts processed to incorrect, invalid, or mistyped addresses are non-recoverable, and the Casino will not accept responsibility for any resulting loss.

The Casino reserves the right to request verification documents before being able to process your withdrawal (ID, payment systems, utility bills, etc.), following standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, even if similar or other documentation has previously been provided by you) as well as to hold any refunds for the time needed to check your identity. In case you provide false or incomplete Personal Data, the withdrawal can be refused and the Player Account terminated, of which you will be informed by email. Reporting by the Casino to applicable regulatory bodies of actions performed by the player may be required.

The internal operating currency of the Website is EUR. All cryptocurrency deposits, wagers, wins, and withdrawals will be considered in their value in EUR equivalent for bet rules, deposit and withdrawal limits, based on the average exchange rate on the UTC calendar day of the transaction.

Daily withdrawal limit is 4,000 EUR (or EUR equivalent in crypto, based on the average exchange rate on the UTC calendar day of the transaction); weekly limit is 8,000 EUR; monthly limit is 30,000 EUR. All cumulative winnings and maximum profit caps are also referenced in EUR using the same crypto valuation model.

If you win more than 30,000 EUR (or EUR equivalent in crypto, based on the average exchange rate on the UTC calendar day of the transaction), the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly instalments of a maximum of 30,000 EUR until the full amount is paid out.

All progressive jackpot wins will be paid in full.

Maximum cumulative profit on all Casino Games in any daily period (00:00–23:59 UTC) by each customer shall be capped at 100,000 EUR for VIP users, and at 50,000 EUR for non-VIP users or users on a temporary VIP trial. For cryptocurrency play, this is calculated using the EUR equivalent value based on the average exchange rate on the UTC calendar day of the wagers, wins, or transactions.

For the purposes of these Terms, “average exchange rate” refers to the prevailing market rate for a cryptocurrency against EUR, as calculated on the UTC calendar day of the transaction. Exchange rate data is sourced from widely reputable platforms such as XE.com or equivalent providers.

Finally, please keep in mind the Casino is not a financial institution. Your account will thus not bear any interests and no conversion or exchange services will be offered at any time.

12. Dormant accounts

An inactive (dormant) account is a Player Account which a player has not logged into or logged out of for twelve (12) consecutive months. If your Player Account is deemed to be inactive, the Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of 10 € or the equivalent in another currency (or the current balance of your account, if less) as long as the balance of your account remains positive.

You authorise the Casino to debit this fee from your Player Account at the beginning of the month following the day on which your account is deemed inactive, and at the beginning of every subsequent month that your account remains inactive. The Casino will stop deducting the fee if the account balance is zero or if the account is re-activated.

13. Expiry period

You agree that any claim and/or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or a service provided by the Casino must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose.

14. Complaints

You are free to contact our Customer Support team according to the instructions found on the Website to give us any complaints regarding our services.

Complaints are handled in the support department and escalated in the organisation of the Casino in the case that support personnel did not solve the case immediately. You shall be informed about the state of the complaint to a reasonable level.

Casino is to acknowledge a complaint started by the account holder only. It is forbidden to and you can therefore not assign, transfer, hand over or sell your complaint to the third party.
Casino will dismiss the complaint if the matter is handed over to be conducted by the third party and not the original account owner.

In the event of any dispute, you agree that the server logs and records shall act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim. You agree that in the unlikely event of a disagreement between the result that appears on your screen and the game server, the result that was logged on the game server will prevail, and you acknowledge and agree that our records will be the final authority in determining the terms and circumstances of your participation in the relevant online gaming activity and the results of this participation.

When we wish to contact you regarding such a dispute, we will do so by using any of the contact details provided in your Player Account.

15. Non Transferability

You can not assign, pledge or transfer ownership under any title whatsoever to claims arising from these Terms and Conditions, the use of the Website or participation in the Games against the Casino without consent of the Casino. This prohibition is designed as a non-transferability clause ex article 83 paragraph 2 of book 3 of the Civil Code and includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, including but not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims in connection with these assets, legal, commercial, or otherwise. The prohibition on said transfers also includes however is not limited to the encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation and/or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal individual, entity in any way shape or form.
